Over the past decade, Kyle has advised two Members of Congress, an elected District Attorney, the Nevada Governor, and the Nevada Attorney General.
High-level decisions require sound and deliberative counsel, free from confirmation bias and the insider echo chamber. A trusted advisor will assess opportunities and risk through an objective lens focused on the client's goal. Although legal advisors generally view "no" as the safest pathway, a skilled advisor will identify ways to minimize risk when no is simply not an option.
Policy is distinct from, but inextricably intertwined with the law. Kyle has embraced an outcome-centric approach that marries law and policy, to advise his clients on how best to navigate the obstacles that obstruct their policy goals. Kyle is renowned for his ability to craft creative solutions to intractable problems by focusing on his clients' intended outcomes, versus the specific actions they present for review. Often, our clients' stated needs do not accurately reflect their true objectives, but imperceptible pathways come into focus once those objectives are properly identified.
